Big relief for KPCC president DK: Court granted bail
KPCC President DK Shivakumar has been granted conditional bail by the Special People's Court in Delhi in the money transfer case.
A special court in Delhi today granted conditional bail to DK Shivakumar.
Regarding the illegal money transfer case, KPCC president D.K. The ED has registered a complaint against Shivakumar and other accused, conducted an investigation and submitted a George sheet to the court. George sheet submission background to conversion of interim bail obtained by High Court into general bail by D.K. Shivakumar and other accused had appealed to the court to grant fresh bail.
Not only DK Shivakumar, but also the four accused in the case have been extended bail. Court has imposed certain conditions while granting bail. One lakh security each. The accused should not leave the country and go abroad. Bail was granted on the condition that witnesses should not be destroyed.
